Goldie Corporate Counsel is a law firm in the central business district of Sydney specialising in corporate and capital transactions and securities law.

The firm was founded by Robert Goldie BA LLB (University of Sydney) in 2005 in response to demand from directors and executives in Sydney for legal counsel with expertise and competence in corporate and securities law combined with a committment to personal service and flexible billing arrangements.
